Every motivator has a unique task and gives you a time for how long it should take. It might say, "Go for a run! - 30 minutes," or "Clean the fridge, inside and out! - 45 minutes," or one of many more. Once you've picked, you know what you have to do today! Commit to a healthy lifestyle every day, and all under an hour!
The i Will Lifestyle Program allows you to use one motivator every day in a 30 day month, but when you're done, you can start all over again! It's great inspiration to keep up on a healthy, organized lifestyle and can be repeated as often as necessary.

Draw a New Motivator: Open up your i Will box and pull out a motivator from the left side of the box. Read the task side and keep the motivator with you as a reminder!
The bonus side is indicated with a "+" symbol beside the timeframe! Make sure to read the first side before the bonus so you can stay consistent and on track!
"I Will Make It Happen!": Complete your task! It doesn't matter whether it's as soon as you draw your motivator or at the end of the day, just make sure it gets done (properly)!
For the best success, try to plan using your i Will so you feel good about it! Start up some music and make sure you've got (at most!) an hour, and draw your next motivator!
